Restoration

Jesus declared that the gospel of the kingdom must be ministered throughout the whole world for a witness to all nations and then the consummation would come. We are, a privileged generation, living in the hour of restoration and fulfillment of God's plan and purpose in the consummation of this Age. We are witnessing the greatest visitation of the Holy Spirit ever witnessed by mankind.

The words of the Prophet Joel are being fulfilled. Wherein he declared, that God would pour out His Spirit upon all flesh, without respect of men’s persons, our sons and daughters would rise up and prophesy the wonderful works of God. A world wide expansion of the Day of Pentecost. Accompanied by signs and wonders preceding the long expected Day of the Lord.

I know that many of you feel that God has apprehended you and laid His hand upon your life for something greater than you have ever experienced; The Lord is bringing you a message, that these things can be fully realized, today, in your heart and life.

We do not overcome sin by struggling with it. We do not overcome difficulty by striving with it; we overcome sin by faith in the finished work of the Cross. Everything that has to do with our life is in the realm of faith; whether it be salvation, the receiving of the Holy Spirit or spiritual gifts. Every phase of the Christian life basically and finally is realized in the realm of faith which is not determined by emotionalism or feelings. This Faith is Absolute. This Faith is not in bits and pieces. There is One Faith. This Faith proceeds from the Throne of the Resurrected Son of Man, Jesus the Christ and, without distinction, is available to all mankind.

We fulfill and are fulfilled by a relationship with Life, This Life is a Person Jesus Christ the Lord, the Way, the Truth and the Life. It is not merely obedience to a code or climbing a ladder of dead works to attain recognition or Divine favor. It is a relationship with His Glorious Person, until we can come to know Him in the fullness of His Resurrection and His omnipotent power.

This is the day of restoration. Restoration means to re-establish from a state of ruin. Restoration means to give back; to make alive; to quicken; to enhance; to adorn; to build up; to return something that was lost, or something that was mislaid, or something that was dormant because of lack of use. Many of the Lord's called out people are bound in materialism and commercialization of the Gospel. We are not called to make Jesus appealing by associating Him with prosperity. I once lived in a mission field where Jesus was perceived as a guarantee of wealth. It was not unusual to hear a convert come out of the water of baptism asking, "where is my sack of rice?" True, He does supply all our needs; however His Name is not to be diminished with superlatives of material gain.

The religious authorities of Judaism were astonished at the teaching of Jesus because He unfolded Truth totally foreign to minds, at ease, enclosed by crumbling walls. He presented a Kingdom not perpetuated by genealogy or the use of important titles.

John 1:12 "As many (individuals) as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His Name." Children of God= Joint-heirs, not just a portion of the inheritance but total Throne Rights.

Heb. 2:10 "For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the Author of their salvation perfect through suffering. For both He who sanctifies and those who are sanctified are all of one, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren. The use of the word 'brethren' might tend to make the beloved women feel inferior. Indulge me to quote a favorite scripture. 
Gal. 3:27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

I heard a clergyman say, "When Jesus comes back, He will come as a Jewish Rabbi."Jesus came into the world in and through the Jewish Race. He presented Himself to His own' to whom the Oracles of God had been given, and they received Him not. He referred to Himself as The Son of God and the Son of Man.

Resurrection and ascension exalts Him completely out of the Domain of Adam's Race. All earthly distinctions vanish in Him. He is King of the Heavenly Race (singular) We do the Jew or any Race of Man a disfavor if we contribute to the idea they are special or occupy a prestigious position because of Race or calling. This is a failure to rightly divide the Word of Truth. Jesus ushered in a new day and a new order.

If any Man be in Christ He is a new Creation because He has been born into a new creation.

Jesus will not come as a Jewish Rabbi. He will come as Lord of Lords, King of Kings. This is not an anti-semitic statement. It is the Truth. I am not an anti-semite or anti any Race. Praise the Name of the Lord, He broke down the middle wall of partition and created in Himself one new man from the two ( the Jew and Gentile) He created a brand new article as to time and as to quality. He will not rebuild what He has abolished.

He touched old things and made them come to life again. He touched nothing that He did not adorn. He adorned the city of Nazareth which was very lowly in esteem. He adorned and changed every life that He touched, whether leper, sinner or deceased. He adorned the cross. He adorned the name of Jesus, which was a common name. In fact, it was almost as common as the name of Smith or Jones.

Now, "The Name of Jesus is equated with all power in heaven and earth." The Keys of the Kingdom are enfolded in the Name of Jesus. In Him are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

Our Heavenly Father takes the lowest and weakest things of this life, and confounds the mighty. He takes the unlearned and confounds the wisdom of this world. He creates His Treasure, Christ in you, in earthen vessels making them the Temple of the Holy Spirit.
